Saba graduated from Shenandoah University in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, Saba was employed as a management consultant for 10 years. His passion for physical therapy began in 2006 when he was involved in an automobile accident, where he sustained neck injuries that left him with debilitating pain and numbness and tingling in both hands. After 3 months of physical therapy, Saba was pain free and able to return to recreational activities without limitations. The experience left such an impression on him that he decided to go back to school and pursue a career in physical therapy.
Saba enjoys working with patients of all ages and has a special interest in working individuals with hip, shoulder and back pain. Saba incorporates patient education, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to return his patients to pre-injury activity levels.
In his free time Saba enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym, and talking about food.
