Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University in 2006. She then pursued and earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy in 2010 from the University of Texas as El Paso. She gained an interest in hand therapy while commissioned in the US Navy and was stationed in various outpatient hand clinics serving state side and while deployed.
Stephanie has experience treating various injuries of the upper extremity such as fractures, post-acute burn injuries, and repetitive strain injuries of the shoulder and elbow. Stephanie enjoys helping patients take control of their rehabilitative process through education, and a team lead approach to help her patients become as independent as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting, running, and playing with her children and doesn’t mind a glass of dry red wine.
